Join fungi expert and Mid-Yorkshire Fungus Group President Andy Woodall on a fungi foray through the woodland around Kiln Lake, Nosterfield Quarry.
Starting at 10.30am, we will walk around a 2.5 mile route searching for fungi around the woodland paths.
What you’ll need:
Please wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions and sturdy, comfortable footwear. Bring along waterproofs if rain is forecast.
Bring drinks and snacks as we’ll be out for a good few hours!

Meet at Nosterfield Quarry Visitor Centre car park, Flask Lane, DL8 2QZ.
The car park is off to the left just inside the entrance next to a small visitor centre.
