Join us for our August conservation club, where we will be finding out more about how moth and butterfly species are recorded at Nosterfield Nature Reserve.
What will we be doing?
On 10 August from 10am - 1pm, we'll be finding out about how moths and butterflies are recorded and you'll be able to join in and help us to record species.
We work with Ripon Power of 10, so as well as finding out more about nature and conservation, you can also work towards an award for your work as a young volunteer with us.
What you will need:
Please wear sturdy footwear and clothing suitable for the weather conditions, including sun-cream and a hat in hot weather and waterproofs if rain is forecast.
Bring plenty to drink; biscuits will be provided for the mid-morning break.
We will provide all tools and equipment.
Parents are welcome to come along and join in!
